Students will enhance their communication skills to interact more effectively with superiors, colleagues, team members, customers, and vendors, and ultimately improve their overall job performance. Dealing with Conflict and Difficult People

Conflict at work is inevitable. Since you can’t prevent conflict, the most important thing is to learn how to manage conflict in productive ways. You will learn about different types of conflict and how to work effectively to manage those scenarios so you can get work done without hassle and stress. Whether at work, in the community, or at home, we are often expected to be a functional part of a performing team. Having a strong team will benefit any organization and will lead to more successes.
